Getlead pre‑warmed mailboxes review
Getlead publishes this guide, so read this review knowing that. We kept it to what you can verify on the order page and at handover, and we list the reasons to buy elsewhere.
What we like
- Domain registered in your name, super admin transferred
- Daily warmup log and seed placement report with every order
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, US or EU sending IPs
- 14-day refund and free replacement of a blacklisted domain
What to watch
- Higher price per mailbox than most (about $9-13)
- Higher first invoice ($58 / $195 / $459)
- Ships in 48 hours, not instantly from inventory
What you actually receive
Every Getlead pack is a set of licensed Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats on sending domains registered to the buyer, three mailboxes per domain. Before handover each mailbox runs a 4-6 week ramp from about 2 to 30 sends a day, and is seed tested at Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365. Getlead says anything under target is warmed longer, not shipped.
At handover you get the logins as a CSV, super admin, the daily warmup log and the seed report. That last part is what sets it apart: in our comparison only Warm Inboxes publishes placement data at all, and that is a fleet-wide monthly log rather than a report on your mailboxes.
Pricing
| Pack | Mailboxes / domains | First invoice | Then monthly | Per mailbox |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 / 1 | $58 | $39 | $13.00 |
| Growth | 12 / 4 | $195 | $119 | $9.92 |
| Scale | 30 / 10 | $459 | $269 | $8.97 |
Extra mailboxes are $9.50, $8.50 or $7.50 a month depending on the pack, extra domains $19 a year, with US or EU sending IPs. Existing Getlead plan customers get packs a tier cheaper.
Where Getlead is not the best buy
- Lowest price: Puzzle Inbox ($4.50) and Litemail (about $6.60 on 15 mailboxes) are cheaper if ownership and evidence do not matter to you.
- Instant delivery: Zapmail and InboxKit sell from inventory, so mailboxes can appear in minutes when stock exists. Getlead takes up to 48 hours.
- Choosing an exact warmup age: InboxKit lets you pick 2-4, 4-8 or 8+ week tiers.
Who should buy it
Teams and agencies that want to own their sending infrastructure, may switch sequencers later, and want proof of the warmup before trusting a domain with real prospects. See Getlead's packs.
