InboxKit pre‑warmed mailboxes review

InboxKit is the only provider that lets you choose how long a pre-warmed mailbox has been warming, and price it accordingly.

What we like

  • Choose the warmup age tier
  • Per-mailbox pricing, same rate every month
  • Google, Microsoft 365 and Azure options

What to watch

  • One-time domain fee from $12.50 per domain
  • Ownership and transfer terms not published
  • No warmup log or seed report published
Warmup age 2-4 weeks$6 /mailbox/mo+ domain from $12.50 once
Warmup age 4-8 weeks$7 /mailbox/mo+ domain from $12.50 once
Warmup age 8+ weeks$9 /mailbox/mo+ domain from $12.50 once

What InboxKit offers

Pre-warmed Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes bought from a "prewarm inventory" in the dashboard, priced by how long the domain has been warming. Each domain gets an admin panel with 2FA. Fresh mailboxes, for comparison, start at $2.50 to $3 a month.

Where it falls short

  • No published statement that the domain is registered to you or that admin access transfers outside the InboxKit panel.
  • No warmup log or placement report published for pre-warmed orders.
  • The domain fee is easy to miss: about $12.50 per domain on top of the mailbox price.

Head to head with our pick: Getlead vs InboxKit.
